My sister, Jeffrey Lynn Smith, was last seen walking home from school on December 4, 1985 in Hot Springs, Ark. She was 16 years old at the time. She was born on October 12, 1969. My mother worked for former President Bill Clinton's mother at the time. My sister was named after his stepfather, George Jefferson "Jeff" Dwire. See Part 2 video for more on this... I am certain Bill would help us if only he knew. After unsuccessful attempts to get through to him, I came out of the haze and realized that it was all in my hands. I needed to do more to find my sister. Through my efforts, the HotSprings Police Department and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children have reopened my sisters case. There are new developments but we need your help to fit the pieces together. Please contact Det.
