  • @CannedHam6 not if you partially cook the bacon before hand. bacon is the perfect counterpart for many foods, you just have to know what your doing..... This guy does not!!!

  • good job chef, i bet the scallops taste like rubber...

  • This whole idea makes no sense to me, Scallops should only cook for about a minute on each side or they become rubbery. bacon on the other hand needs to be fully cooked or you run the risk of getting trichinosis. Seems like incompatible food items to me.
