    on my PC Win8 starts in under 7 seconds

    and there is no "Loading operating system ..." crap

    also in the bios section at the begining il clearly shows that only a DVD-Rom is recognised by bios (thought Win8 uses UEFI so that is also questionable)

    so I call this "comparison" way biased and modyfied by you
