Von Karajan was a master of dramatic finales. The movement of the tempo at the end is absolutely brilliant, never lets you go. Thank you for the video!

Thank you for all the nice comments, guys and dolls!! :)
It is really nice to see all of you enjoying as much as myself!
I am aware the frequency range of this posting is limited. There is a bass drum, producing very deep sounds :) , added at the end that really flutter the membran of the bass elements in my speakers - each time I play this LP I am waiting to enjoy that particular part - along with the other parts ;))

It´s a pity though that one are not allowed to keep a recording like this in One part because of the time frame here. I hate to break up music! :)

Thanks! I had this on LP too. It has never been equalled!

@nilsjohansandvik ...and that music has political and religious connotations. It was very clearly the composer intention or else he wouldn't have used the "Lord save thy people" hymn.

My frined played this for me in my twenties on a quad speaker system and i nearly died what a blood rush love the flow in this peice im forty five now and it sounds better now if anything WoW I know that some of you are purists but I just enjoy goood music wherever I find it and this is right at the top of the game

WONDERFUL! I have to admit that it's quite comical to hear the canon sounds without seeing anything

So THIS is what being high is like!
Guys, please don´t bring any politics or beliefs into this. It is music we all are here for. Thank you.
