@marbro861 If by "drugs" you mean MDMA, then it's still highly debatable whether or not this can cause brain damage (oxydative stress). Regardless the use must be chronic and heavy for any adverse effects to become apparent. The real danger the way we let the black market do the quality control, instead of doing it ourselves by making "drugs" a legitimate product. Instead of spending billions on a never ending drug war, we should spend it on discouraging drug use and providing healthcare.

Nowdays its all Ecstasy and its almost always cut with tons of other drugs including meth, the amount of brain damage that occurs when you take it is thousands of times more devastating that drinking to much water or using a cell phone. You cant compare losing 1 hair to losing all of your hair. . .

@kitteyandkat first of all, who are you to tell 14 year olds what they should be watching? Just like you said, its your body you can do what you want to it. . . So can they. Just because their parents are not good doesnt mean its okay. Second I see you can use google. The average person drinks 2 glasses of water per day. Good luck on forcing yourself to consume enough to have toxic effects..

@Tinsletooth first of all, maybe a 14 year old shouldn't look at videos of ecstasy, (parenting issue, nothing to do with me) second off all I'm not THAT stupid to think drinking the average amount of water causes brain damage, my argument was that EVERYTHING causes brain damage (cellphone use, microwaves, etc.) and it was in response to an ignorant comment that happened to make top comment.

Im not saying don't abuse yourself I'm just saying don't try to glamorize it for everyone else there might be a 14 year old girl on here looking for reasons to try MDMA and you could have given her one. In her eyes all she see's is "oh ex is only as bad as water! cool!" My cousins best friend and 2 other girls died from taking tainted ex. Do what you want with your body just don't try to compare garbage to health.

i was at a rave friday and i saw a girl who was rolling her balls off and she took molly(pure ecstasy/MDMA), her eyes were even more dilated than this guys.

I'm not against MDMA I'm against "partying and living life" If you want to try to compare the elixir of life (water) to a drug that has no benefits physically what so ever then you have a complete misunderstanding of health. There are people who use entheogens to find spirituality and then there are people who use laced Ex at raves, get involved in sexual assaults and violence. My guess is that you are the average immature teenager abusing ex
