Rock Band 2 - Cannibal Corpse - Hammer Smashed Face Expert Guitar 99% GS

Not quite an FC because I always choke on the strumming at the end, but pretty close - this song is a beeyotch to gold star, but really quite fun to play. The tempo changes all over the place, so you pretty much need to be on your toes, but other than that, there's nothing too frightening in there.
