The Hillsborough Disaster 1989 Unfolds

This Harrowing report, describes how this disaster unfolded, needlessly claiming 96 innocent lives, in a terrible crowd crush. I'm a Man U supporter, and I would not wish this upon anybody, let alone fans of rival sides. One dead would have bad enough, but NINETY-SIX?! I still look back at this in disbelief. The image at 2:20 really hit close to home. Sigh. Sad moments like this should remind you that football really is just a game.

1,23 - Upper Tier at the end of the yellow Presto sign. There were 2 Pakistanis there (in this shot, the one in a green sweatshirt is pulling someone up and the other in a blue jacket 2 people to his right, is looking down) - from the videos and photos you can see that those 2 were among the first to spot the trouble and then between them they hauled at least a dozen people to safety.

I don't know if they were ever identified but I saw what they did and never forgot it. Thanks lads.

Thank you for the positive response to my comment. It had merely intended to write and enter my thoughts, but I thank you nonetheless. Let's not overlook the people of Sheffield. This could have happened anywhere, but it did so in their city. My goodness! Sadly, Hillsborough would never again be the mere home of Sheffield Wednesday. And heartfelt respect for the families of The 96. I hope that they live to see justice.

Thousands of arrogant boozed up Scousers arrive late, barge past the stwards and the police thus 96 people were squashed to death in the lower terraces and they blame the police??? If im wrong please fill me in!
