  • i'd say absolutely stretch. your body is craving it. foam rolling and deep tissue massage will also help you get your flexibility back. do what feels good for your body! as a dancer you are very connected to your body and alignment. trust your intuition.

  • I have a question. I was a ballet dancer and I stop 2 years ago. Since then I did not streatch at all and now I feel really bad, my body hurts and is hard like a rock... How dou you think I should start streatching. I know I should ask a doctor or a physio.. but I ask already and moust of them doesn´t have so much sensibility about it... I would like to know your opinion. Thank you for you attention.
