There's nothing brave about her, she's a coward and a hypocrite. A coward because she slipped out the back door on a long term relationship and a hypocrite because of the gay marriage rights that she championed for had become a reality she would have had to have paid her ex alimony, something that she didn't do because she, legally, didn't have to.
