Chrysler actually issued a recall on Chargers, Magnums, and 300s in Feb 2011. It was VIN specific, but if you call Chrysler and speak with a recall case manager they may cover part or all of your expense. They are reimbursing me $340, even though my VIN was not included in the K39 recall. Chrysler knows the piece is defective, hold them accountable!!!!

I'm sorry, but the person that's talking off-camera sounds like they breathed in too much helium and now they're stuck that way. To be honest it was creeping me out I had to stop the video because the commentary was too creepy.

Chrysler told me the same thing about my 07 Charger! I was very upset and went off on the customer service lady. She connected me to a recall case manager and he cut me a check for the full cost of repairs. Had the check in hand 7 days later. I was out $60 for towing but still, make Chrysler pay for the repair! The know it's defective!

my 2007 300 just did this. called Chrysler and they said my VIN not in recall.... well apparently this is a problem and needs to be addressed asap when people are having this problem as my car is stuck here a home in park!!!

This happened to me today. I pulled back on the shifter as hard as I could out of anger and I heard a snap. It shifts gears now but it takes a little more effort to get it back into park.

It happened to me two days ago in my 05 Magnum RT. Came out to take my daughter to school and damn I cant get the car out of park. Do some research and find out that Dodge/Chrysler has one of the biggest scams going! I'm lucky mine broke in my parking space at home. I read nightmare story's about countless others stranded. How the fuck this is not a recall!? I striped the shifter down enough to fit a slim flat head screw driver to unleash the pink thing. Waiting on replacement part from Billet.

I saw this video and literally thanked God. I ordered my part and it arrived fairly quick. I also appreciate the extra duty spring you guys mailed with it as well. I fixed mine in the dark and in about an hour, I was rolling again. Thank you so much guys. You saved me at least $400 from going to the stealership. Awesome job!!
