I am taking Ambien CR and it is not doing much in the form of that GABA effect that you get with regular Ambien after 15 to 30 minutes of taking it. Ambien CR is taking a couple hours to work... but it has been keeping me asleep for the night. I might ask to be switched to 10mg Ambien because I wan't to get to sleep faster than Ambien CR is doing.

ambien high is very nice but if you take it on daily basis you will build up a tolerance soon.and it is not easy that easy to get rid of this stuff

Holy fuck.... After taking my whole script of XANAX, I couldn't remember SHIT, and then I crashed my car TWICE the next morning.... So I stay away from xanax. And Ambien, FUCKS ME UP!.... I'm out cold in 20 minutes, even when I try to stay awake.

@drtyfknmouth Trazadone never touched my insomnia. I used to take OTC Sominex, three at the time. That worked alright. But it made me really groggy. Ambien still works with my 4-5 month cycles of it. And I don't have any side effects. I couldn't imagine having insomnia every month like i used to. Good luck with yours.

I used to take Sonata, didn't do much. I take 150 mg of Trazadone every night to get to sleep.

I wish they would perscribe me ambein. They keep putting me on sleeping meds and then i build a tolerance to them and they dont work so they switch it to another shitty sleeping med. I tryed ambien 1 time and it knocked me out. Do you have any advice on what i should tell my doctor? Right now im on remron and its not doing shit.

@DrownedCarcass88 You 'load chemicals' into your body everyday you nonce. I'm more worried about the pollution that is forced onto me through smog and trash, than an apparent 'pollution' from self-administered chemicals, of which I know EXACTLY how much of what is going into my body, unlike said air pollution. Moderate, don't abuse, and you'll be a.o.k, kids.
