  • It doesn't help I'm afraid (but thanks Chris for responding). I haven't been able to get the leg down at all - it's still wedged underneath the seat so I haven't even got to the bit where you press the grey buttons and slide it down. There are no instructions anywhere to say how to get the leg from underneath the seat (as in how it comes when it is boxed up) and brute force just doesn't work!

  • Hi brionykenrick

There is a small friction clip at the end opposite to the hinge. so the end that would be on the floor in the car. This may be jamming for some reason but should come away with a little bit of force. Our car seat fitters have suggested trying to adjust the length of the leg whilst still folded as it may help loosen it.

This is not a fault we have seen before so if this dose not rectify the problem you may have to return it.

    Thanks

    Chris

  • But HOW do you bring the leg down to the floor????

  • Hi brionykenrick

this is explained at 1:06 you squeeze either side of the grey part on the leg and slide it down.

    Hope this helps

    Chris
