Tulane Green Wave plays in the 1987 Busch Challenge in the Louisiana Superdome.
Tulane (along with UNO and LSU) took on the state of Florida (Florida, FSU and Miami).
*Game 1 ended with a walk-off grand slam by Robert Elkins. Ronnie Brown also hit a grand slamin the 5th. Tulane trailed 10-1 early in the game.
*Tulane dropped Game 2 to FSU. Catching the final out in centerfield was Deion Sanders.
*Tulane played outstanding outfield defense, got some lucky breaks and got a walk-off single by Robert Elkins to defeat Miami in Game 3.

The BlueJays already play in the Superdome. It's called Rogers Centre. Have you ever seen the size of that piece of shit stadium?

Chicago never needed two teams, should have moved one of them to NO when the Superdome opened.

I don't know if that would had worked in a hot spot from that storm and I don't know if the Superdome is baseball field ready anymore since the Katrina Induced Renovations. The surface would now be Fieldturf it is ballfield ready.

The New Orleans Pelicans (AAA) did play there in the late 70's.
