This is a cold start of a 1940 Harley model 45. At first there wasn't enough fuel to start it, but after putting some more fuel in it started right up. It didn't run great, probably needed the filters cleaned and it is 70 years old.

  • fantastic resto,,,my dad rode those in the army ww2,,yah that poor ole girl was starving f/gas,,,seem s the bowl wasnt filling up fast enough,,,,thats ok gives it a chance to lube up,, haha,,

  • very few guys left like that,,,our around them,,,im around them,,,grew up w/ guys tht can work w/their hands,,,,,but dam it where running out of them guys,,,,if they ever brought industrial amewrica,back,,,thre wld be no skilled workers to run the manufacturing,,trade school are hvn ahard time right now,,,,finding students,,
