  • @NitrousUp I think it just has to do is you can talk and speak in and under the core  (abs). Also when training, the belly needs to be able to move. Not only that Contest Prep, Dieting, Performance Enhancers, and getting ready to step on stage needs you to have the ability to have Breath

    Body builders target upper chest more than anything because BB aims for looks more then strength. Incline bench, incline dumbbell press, flat bench with the bar aimed at his upper chest. Pure upper chest is targeted here in this workout. lol your not stupid if u think jay cant lift what other big name BB's can lift, your just uneducated in the BB world.

  • @juniorthaproducer I noticed that too. Cutler is big ass hell, but he seems to work out with much lower weight than others...
