No, it didn't win an Emmy for the pilot, they won an Emmy for BEST CASTING IN A COMEDY SERIES (an actually well deserved win if you consider this series became a display of a whole new generation of actors/actresses, not only in the leads but also in guest and supporting roles) and they were nominated for BEST SCREENPLAY for both the pilot (2000) and this episode #18 (2001), none won.
