Helios is a modular series which is continuously being enhanced, and therefore enables any specific customization
or special customer application wishes.




Helios offers two frame sizes:
1RU (with 2 slots) and 3RU (with 12 slots. )Both may contain redundant power supplies, the 3RU can also take
redundant controllers.




The frames have separate IEC Mains connectors and two reference inputs to enable stable synchronization, even in dual standards applications. The modules can be operated via an intuitive GUI and support SNMP to be connected to a station-wide monitoring system. The unique dual channel design of the modules either allows for redundant signal paths or doubles the density.




Various modules process any kind of signal formats: SDI in SD, HD and 3G, as well as analog composite and component. Analog or Digital Audio is being processed by submodules. All modules come along with a specific connector board to be installed in the back of the 1RU or 3RU frame.
