There's really no way to determine the amount of explosive used in an underground blast, visually. Add in the fact that we can't easily determine the scale of what we're looking at, and this could be anywhere from 500 pounds to 200,000, so you might as well take the word of the guy who posted the video... since he probably worked at the mine and was involved in the blast.
Please stop playing armchair expert on things you know nothing about...
