I think the debate is more about about the mishandling of information through syndication and then the fleecing of our agents who are bombarded with daily with vulturistic phone calls to sell them back their listings with "enhanced" presence on these sites. In one case, a territory was "sold" to an agent one year for $90 p/month only to have that same territory "sold" 1 yr later for $350 p/month so the agent could "appear" on his own listings. I'm tired of my agents being fleeced!

Oh, and misrepresentation? OMG? You're kidding right? Real estate agents, who routinely describe wrotten falling down houses as "charming antique beach bungalows just 5 miles from the ocean"? That's not misrepresentation???
