@SirFrankoman hey there, could you direct me to the video you uploaded showing you doing the challenge, thanks.... oh wait

all these reps on a moderatly heavy set like 225 will produce a shit load of gh thru his body.

50 reps on the deadlift? what for?? I dont get the point of such high rep training

Ouch, sorry to hear! At least your recovering smoothly! Did you have a DL belt on? Those do help quite a bit. And its never a bad idea to have good form, especially after an injury D:

Thats 225? And bad form, legs need to be farther and you need to go slower and use a full range of motion.

Dude it was 50 reps, gimme a break LOL, I wasn't doing it for perfect form. Look at the 405 vid, that's a little more normal.
At least until I hurt my back when my grip slipped on a heavy set. :(

No worries bro, just don't want you injured before you need to be D:

Haha, little late actually. Like I said, I was pulling and my grip slipped on my left hand, slipped a disc in my lower back. Getting better though, not doing any pulls at all and keeping my squats at around 225 or so. Aleve is my best friend right now. XD
You're definitely right that the form I used in that vid wouldn't be any good if I was using a heavier weight.
