SEPTA is nice but Philly should be careful... a lot of the city is decaying... and becoming real poor and unsafe.... especially when you ride outside the 40th portal....

god.. i just love the engine on the double buses ..., the sound of the broad street line and El, and the style of the newer buses, septa rocks
