I have the Lil Elvis and it pops when switching the bump in and out. More noticable the lower the volume you play at. I emailed Dan and he said it was normal.

Try a different open from the Video Copilot tutorial you nicked. It doesn't match your maxguitar logo or guitar neck ID, and it's lazy.

I have a Stone Pony and it makes the same pop with the amp switch but is silent with the footswitch.
