The spinner style does horrible vs conventional when the pattern is high scoring. The spinner does really well when the patterns are tough (for example, US Open pattern) because the style was developed because of harsh lane conditions (poor lane care). Spinners have a very very very consistent average on practically any oil conditions.
@VehBoring I have tried to use 10lbs, it reduce the no. of strike. Once the ball hit the head pin, it goes to the side quickly, and left the 5,8 or 10pin.
