Yes, they are difficult to be fixed, I tried to align the pencil marking on the table only. But in the later stage of tandem lift, I fixed both cranes with blu tack.

I do think it's very complicated to do the set up of 2 cranes at the same time, (actually, AC665 can not carry the counter weight near to the centre of rotation, so I tricked with a front to rear angle). I finally decided to use crane mats that I used to omit. This video was planned for a few months! You can see how many steps and change of angle in the first 2 seconds of "the making of Footbridge up"!

how do these miniature cranes work? i mean , like the ''hydraulics'' the way they keep upright like that..?

Check out my other video: The making of "Footbridge up". Simply speaking, move a bit, take one photo, repeat, and add those few hundreds of photos in movie maker, add sound track and sub-titles.
