SimplyTT, I am officially beginning today. I did the lemon diet yesterday but I did not begin with the sea salt flush and end with the herbal laxative tea??? so yesterday was the trial date...Would herbal tea (no caffeine) with honey work as a laxative at night? What is the specific name of the tea I need to use? Thanks for all you do.

Congrats! I wouldn't recommend doing the herbal tea and honey. The two brands that I used were "Yogi" and "Traditional Medicinals"

Goodluck!!! I have done this diet 3 times and i love it i feel soooooooo good after it. it's amazing... i would so do it with you but i got school and it's intense right now. Maybe during the winter break definitely. I will do the 40 days and document it for youtube :). Goodluck again and more power to you!!!

I'm sooo excited!! I'm going to do 10 days and my start is on the 25th as well . my mom usually does it and it works great for her, so she's gonna tag along my 10 day journey....hopefully I can make it thru..Depending on how great it is I just may extend it!!!..Good luck!!

Thank you so much for the info! Hot water and lemon is a great substitute! My first day was rough but today I feel great! Yay! That would be great! The more support we have from each other the better! =)

I'm a coffee drinking also but only decaff...however i think it's more of a comforting thing for me & I want to break the habit. So to substitute I now drink hot water and lemon...really good (FYI)...But been thinking about this fast for a while and I think I may be joining you in it...I'll just take it one 24 hours at a time though ;-) Good Luck!
