Works with brick and other stone like limestone needing a round edged profile. Diamond cup and belt sanders do the job as well with more consistancy than a rotational grinder, then finish the job with a buff and seal.

This is an art form. But now a days you can buy already done bullnose for less than the price of the grinder and pads and avoid the mess.
