Fuck I did it and got 36 feet but it didn't give me the trophy for some reason

It works, 3rd stair set. I got it by riding along the ledge to the right of the stair cases and then ollie into the bank to gain speed.

It works, I just did it right now, havent played the game in a couple months. and i got it on the 3rd stair case you just need to time it and get the jump off right.
