Thanks for cutting this out of the full top gear clip - I got fed up with having to watch the Audi before this came on. I own the silver DZ in the clip. Its fantastic. The build quality is good and the performance is as you would expect. The thing that suprised me was the ride- its smooth and soft yet the roadholding and balance are perfect. If any other DZ owners want to compare notes please get in touch.

Wonder who told her to say that? Having driven both, I can say that the DZ 'was' a superb car. Imagine it had had a Lotus badge she would have been told to go potty over it!
The truth about this fantastic car was that queues of people waited to get onto the Dare stand at the 1998 Motor Show and that the 'popular' motoring press slagged it off, while the 'independent' motoring press absolutely raved about it.
Wonder why?
