Kentucky quiltmaker Pam Neil talks about her Quilters' S.O.S. - Save Our Stories interview. In Pam's oral history interview with Q.S.O.S. volunteer interviewer Kathy Hall she describes the making of "Scott's Victory Quilt" a signature quilt made by Pam and the family and friends of her stepson Scott, while he was serving in Afghanistan.

Pam's quilt was one of 14 quilts displayed in a special exhibit presented by the Alliance for American Quilts titled "If These Quilts Could Talk," presented at the 2010 International Quilt Festival in Houston, Texas.
