I do not own any copyrights over this video. Credits for making this great series belong to the History Channel and the makers of the Dogfights series.

Background: Israel- a nation vastly outnumbered and out-gunned by the nations around it. Its destruction is thought by those same neighboring countries for many years. In order to survive, Israel puts ahead of itself an unconditional goal of ruling the skies in every war. Only the very best are picked to be pilots in the Israeli Air Force. Their extremely intense training ends only on retirement, their achievements, often considered close to impossible, were never seen before or after anywhere else. By the time their skill becomes known to enemy fighters, no one dares challenge them.
In 3D simulation of intense dogfights, witness their fight at numerical and technological disadvantage (Mirages against MiG-21s) and close to non-existing winning odds (one fighter alone against 10). This video features the stories of Ran Ronen, an Israeli Ace with 7 kills, and Giora Even (Epstein), the world's top scoring jet ace!

  • I think the mirige-111C was the best fighter the Isreales had during that time pered It had a great kill rac and could out manewver any mig.

  • @michael70224 You must mean Mirage IIICJ... Depends on what you define as "that time". The Mirage couldn't out-maneuver MiGs, especially not the MiG-21 (although it had other advantages, and that specific disadvantage was offset by the skill of the IAF pilots). And the IAF also had A-4 and F-4 aircraft, which could serve better than the Mirage under certain circumstances (and for different purposes).

  • Without evidence, without witnesses and no opponents present , any one can tell any thing especially humans likes to tell heroic acts even to lie to show off on a situations happened 40 years ago ,based on what this channel produced these documentaries, with out the opponents present this is a bullshit propaganda

  • @momf5 For your information, those aircraft carry cameras and capture every moment of flight - the kills are well recorded, and I can think of no better "evidence".

Unlike those kills, you're not relying on any facts yourself - you just think it's unlikely, and your own brainwashed hatred against us ("bullshit propaganda") would make you claim anything as long as it'll make us look bad.

I'd be surprised if even one person would take you seriously.

  • @FireStorm81318 NO,for your info those old airplanes capture only the firing ,missiles or guns and for few seconds only other than this its human tell, so go and read and don’t play a bitch in here its not hating matter it’s a scientific explanation so don’t let them insulate your intelligence, and the ones who hated you burned you a live.

  • @momf5 Picturing an airplane losing its wings and flaming up isn't enough for you? The pilot has to tell it proceeded with falling down?

  • @161cola That's a matter of taste. Personally, I like the F-15IFCS better.

  • ISRAEL!ISRAEL!ISRAEL!! GO ISRAEL!!!!!!!!

  • @harishkumar09 when you say "(We are the top two races in the planet)", you adress your self as a nazi, so keep in mind what you say, and speak of. Although, it is good to be proud with your people and your race it is not wize that this pride turn into arogance, which blinds you from the truth. and concerning education and litrary, your country's litracy rate is 74 which is good but most arab countries are better, mmy country reaches 91 and some other countries reach 94.

  • @harishkumar09 I'm un surprised that you criticize my religion in a time that I've made no attempt to do the same to your relegion, to be honest I'll never understand the hindu faith , nor would you understand Islam, but still I respect you, your people and your religion, so I'm not going to be an ass and critisize your religion for what other religions consider to be flaws, dispite you stupid comment, I hope that in the future you'll lern to respect idols and religions.

  • @harishkumar09 you should first see what we have, I agree(except Egypt) that one arab state can't stand alone against India,on the other hand combine Asian arabs states armies and you'll have 2440 3rd gen. tanks vs. India's 1800( 1600 T90 & 200 arjun) in the air the arabs (in asia) have 640 4th gen. fighters, while India has only 240 !!!!

how exactly is uniting our efforts bad, does that mean that each indian state should an eneme on its own ?!

  • @om996jo At any rate, I will be "off the grid" for a few days so dont think if I do not reply, I have bugged out of a juicy fight -:)

  • @om996jo Also, in wars, you cannot expect things to be served to you on a platter. Geography and History cannot be changed and you are expected to make good use of them. You cannot give excuses in the battlefield. This is not a video game. The fact that there was a Pakistan at ends of India separated by a thousand kilometres was an advantage for Pakistan and disadvantage for India. Ask any General of any country and he will tell you that. India jumped at the opportunity to change it.

  • @om996jo Actually, the fact that you have two borders, one in the West (now Bangladesh) and one in the East (Pakistan) was an advantage. You can open a two front battle and make life hell for the other country. India was well aware of the difficulties of a two-front war, and jumped at the opportunity presented by Bangla Uprising to put an end to "two pakistans" , which is a frightening scenario for any General of any Nation. The fact that Pakistan was "divided" was actually an advantag.

  • @harishkumar09 meh, united we stand, divided we fall, fits well remember the PAF was divided, I'd only say what i've said already, reply the rest later.
