  • thanks for the input

  • So, how do you adjust the reach, how do you raise the handlebars?

  • ummm here is a basic idea when you are trying to teach people about bikes etc....put the farking bike in a wind trainer or a stand so you dont have to lean on something!

    sheshhhh...basic stuff ya think???

  • if your knees are anywhere near your chest then its a bad sign. The sign your knees are too high is that the pedal stroke constricts your diaphram.

If you put your heel on the pedal (not the cleet) and extend your leg fully, you're a a pretty good hight. when you clip in it'll keep your knee bent all the way down the stroke and so it's a good balance.

  • expert village is good for beginners but if you know anything about serios road bikeing this video is a joke

he seriously needs to raise his seat cause his knees are bent wayy to much lmaoo

  • why does everyone on the net get 'there' their and theyre wrong? Even mr srclimb1 the Serotta Advanced Fit Specialist got it wrong! mercy me...

  • srclimb, take your 'advice' and shove it pal!

I laugh at you, attempting to undermine people's confidence in learning simple technique's to correctly adjust your road bike.

  • Not to be a jerk, but what happened to seat height...This is the problem with 'do it yourself' types. With all the professional people and literature out now, some just can't help but to get out there 'Cracker Jack Box' and show you how it's done. My advice, GO TO A PROFESSIONAL FITTER!!! I happen to be a Serotta Advanced Fit Specialist, who has worked with some of the top names in the industry. This is what pro fitters are up against because some people want to save a dollar doing themselves.

  • wtf. "How to Measure your Bicycle Seat Height". I lost him at the handle bars!!!!

  • you didnt say a thing about bike seat height...idiot
