Sorry for the delay I did fall off the wagon and now after some emails I am back on the right track. Thank you so much for the support, I really need to push from you all. So now I am back up and going. Yesterday I weighted myself and I was 189.6 so I am back and will plan out my week of meals clipping ads from all my Woman's World magazines. They offer a week of menu plans for all the research diets they do so I figured I am on a budget and can get started with that, eating right and I will get get my lazy butt out there in the mornings walking/jogging. I did get the Biggest Loser work outs so I will use them and I look forward to all the emails and comments from you all. All suggestions are welcomed and needed. I know many of you have done well with your weight lost so I look forward to hearing from you all....

Thanks and I will post again in a couple days with my menu plan....

Ciao Ciao

  • Well I really tired to get back on the wagon but well I had my TOM! come for a visit. I have not done too badly, but well I needed some extra things that should not have been on the diet.

THANK YOU for everyone posting and I am doing my best.. and I will post again shortly.

  • Thank you so much for the comment and the suggestions. I will try them and I have to get a routine planned out. I know I have to do that.

I need that PUSH and that fire under my tail end..

  • HI,

  • We ALL fall off track girl, but you have already started to get back on track just by keeping yourself accountable and by making a video. Good support is a major key to helping you to STAY on track and you have my support. :)

Hope to see another video from you soon!

  • Don't be ashamed. Nothing triggers old habits like family!

Planning your week is great. I bag it up, that way less opportunity to cheat. I NEVER skip breakfast. My treat is pumpkin from the can, with pumpkin pie spice and splenda to taste. At night I have tea in fruit flavors. If I think about cheating, I get that water boiling! I exercise 2-3 times a week -- one hour cardio or a class.

What is your routine? You seem like a lovely person, please don't give up.
