  • @TheRadicalRyushin ....dude, wtf are you talking about?!?!?...1-Americans are NOT English!..Americans are of every single ethnicity, religion, color, creed on earth! We speak English, and some Americans backgrounds come from England, but that's about it. 2-North and South Korea are part of the same nation? uhhh, no. They are two completely seperate nations, that were at one time one single nation. wtf?

  • I would have liked a few examples in the video clearly defining both sides.. it was just too quick and not informative enough.

  • @TheRadicalRyushin Nation: The government of a sovereign STATE.

State: A body politic, especially one constituting a NATION.

A dictionary and thesaurus are your friends.

And we're talking GOVERNMENT here, not cultures or races in the context of the word nation.

Americans are about as far removed from being English as the French are from being Gaels, or the Spanish from being Visigoths.

  • Each state is not its own nation, but members (except for Louisiana and New Mexico) members of the Anglo-Nation. Louisiana is originally French and New Mexico is Spanish.

  • State is not synonymous with nation. Sorry, WRONG!

And yes the United States is not a nation, it is part of the Anglo nation tied to England.

    We Americans are English.

Independence doesn't make people two separate nations. North Korea and South Korea are politically divided as though once seceded from the other, but they are part of the same Korean nation. Same with Mexico being part of the Spanish Nation and Brazil a part of the Portuguese Nation.

  • Hamilton's ideas were soundly REJECTED at the convention. He pulled the classic bait n switch. Pre-ratification he said the Feds had only specified power, post-ratification he claimed all kinds of "implied" powers. But the constitution did NOT create "one nation." The Constitution created a "more perfect union"--of what? STATES! The word state is a common 18th century synonym for nation. The Pledge of Allegiance is a lie! It should be banned in each school, and REAL history should be taught.
