That vid is cool because it makes you think that mod is insanely hard, wich is not entirely the truth. Sure if you go naked solo without almost any gear and support it looks like that, but for chars with items, and especially in team its WAY easier, so some people may be disapointed if they wanted really uberhard difficulty where 1-2 missiles kill you. It is hard, but in practice no even close to what that video shows.
