@lilpimpqwerty you need to feel... in laymans terms... down by where they poop. Just on the outside and very gently. You will feel two bones near each other. The ones with the closer bones will probably the male. If you have two of the same sex, you wont be able to tell unless you have had experience sexing birds in this manner.

I love watching your videos of Boncuk, i had a Hahns Macaw but sadly she died last year. Still miss her, i think they have more of an impact on your life as they are so interactive and want so much attention. Like a child.

My husband bought a hahn for me to keep me busy while my son was in a dangerious situration for over a year in his work ,,, we named her Queen Maccave, but baby has stuck she is such a love and now well traveled. I did not even know there was such a thing as a Hahn. I am stuck home because my body betrayed me ... She is such a love I am so glad to see others having the pleasure of these wonderful birds. Great job teaching her. Can she shake or wave?
