Vicious Pit Bull Shot by Good Samaritan

Pit bull owners always try to woo us with their great expertise and insight about dogs, Its never the dogs fault when it comes to unprovoked attacks, it's the OWNERS. Their is always some scientific explanation that caused it. Its always a bad home, breeding, diet or some other moronic excuse. They never seem to understand why they are always having to defend their breed and will always try to convince us and themselves about how good their pit bulls are.
Between January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2008,
DogsBite.org recorded 88 U.S. fatal dog attacks. The data shows that pit bulls are responsible for 59% (52) of these attacks. The data also shows that pit bulls commit the vast majority of off-property attacks that result in death.
The combination of pit bulls (52), Rottweiler's (12) and American bulldogs (4) accounted for 77% of all fatal attacks during this time span.

case closed....cant control your pets?....somebody will do it for you. Look at Germany...when Americans bring their dog in country...the dog is tested for agression....if it fails the servicemember is told to ship it back or they will put it down.  This started after two pits ripper a school girl in half at a play ground....yes in half with her end trials hang out and all.
