Season 9 was only 'weak' because of the main cast's acting, and some of the characters. Scrubs season 1-8 didn't have that issue, but lots of other shows did. Not everybody is top-notch, and some characters have a right to be inherently silly without exploring their profound side too much.

I didn't hated the last season because it was like a goodbye sort of thing, everybody knew that Scrubs ended in the 8th but the last one was for people like me who wanted to see more and more.I mean, I saw Dr.Cox, I saw J.D, I saw Turk, so... I'm happy

I don't see what all of the bitching is about, season 9 was honestly not all that different from the others. It may not have been the best season by a long shot, but calling calling it shit just doesn't do the show or its actors any justice at all. There's just no pleasing some people.
