Thank you for posting the kata videos. The subtleties demonstrated by Sumi sensei are awesome. One of the best kata instructional videos explaining details of the Nihon Kendo Kata.

i have recently just begun my first time in Kendo i supposed to learn to do some thing were you start sitting on the floor then draw the sword out slowly then make a cut across the chest by forwarding your right foot then forwarding you left knee putting your sword above your head with the right foot moving forward then making the cut
but i dont know the rest
can some one show me a video or help me out
