nice job so far but you plant is collapsing right when you leave the ground. make sure your arms are extended when you plant and push up. typically, when you make this mistake and are still bending the pole as much as your are, it means you need to be on a stiffer pole. if you fix this plant issue, it will put alot more energy into your vault and you will start going through stiffer poles.

Gotta fix that bottom arm andin the invert let your shoulders drop back and fully extend

your arms are collapsing before you drive your knee, which is not allowing you to fully complete the jump. You need to make sure your arms are fully extended throughout the entire jump, keep your trail leg straight, and row. Push through the pole until you are completely upside down before throwing yourself over the bar. Hold the inversion as long as possible, dont focus on making it over the bar, because it will mess up your form. also, maybe consider a pole with a stiffer flex rate :)

Row that damn boat man. On your pull you are not pushing off. You may want to consider moving up to a five pound heavier pole for more power to carry you through a push off.

do alot of sit-ups

Your swing looks good, but you need to keep the bottom arm straight, and also get more of a pull in when you get vertical.

Try a longer drive phase with more drive knee. That should get younon a bigger pole very easily. Bigger pole means higher jumps.

you have no drive knee either. your left knee needs to be more powerfull and not just be dangling there.

your arm collapsed. and when you go up you look at the bar the entire time. you should be looking back to other end of the run way. also this will keep you in line so you can push off the top of the pole to turn at the end of your jump.

can someone give me some tips on my pole vault form? check out my video, thanks!

you hit on the way down. get a longer pole. and move standards.

Can't see where your takeoff is from this, but it is clearly evident that your lower arm has collapsed (bent) far too early. As much as your pole bends with the collapsed arm tells me you can handle a bigger pole with better technique. That will get you more time to get higher and deeper in the pit.
