I was a part of this group when I was a kid, it's so amazing, if you're younger and you want to get involved you should, they have an amazing program and the respect and skills you get from Coach Frederick are lessons you'll never forget.

I went to a LOT of games during my years at Duke, and the Bulldogs were by far my favorite halftime show. I saw them about half a dozen times and they never disappointed. These kids are AMAZING!

i went to their summer camp, it was hard.. 4 hours of pure training... even for kids who r like 2... or 6 years old.... yeah but i wasn't used to all that excersise so i got sick.. :(
