Everyone wants you to "break down your licks," but truth is, your licks are unique to you - you just create them. Some guitarists create, others imitate: you create. Nice job.

I've watched some of your videos and you are really inspirational. I've been playing for about 4 years now and my improv sounds a bit like yours with the bluesy feel. but i'm having trouble breaking out of pentatonic and was wondering how i can achieve the creativity you display in this video. Truly incredible man. thanks

@MattLawton7 Thanks a million man. I think I'll do a video to break down some of the licks in this vid, it's really simple stuff, but it's just muscle memory for me at this stage as I've been doing it for years. I'll show you what scales I add to the pentatonic to extend blues phrases. I'll upload something as soon as I have a bit of time. Thanks for your kind words, it inspires me to keep playing and using YT. M.
