How to fix the Windows Installer Error

How it happened: I downloaded Fraps and cracked it. But now I don't have it anymore lol because I thought uninstalling it would work. But, no. Now, anyone willing to share a Full Version of Fraps? BTW, I'm not wanting the crack program. Just Fraps Cracked

I tried installing iTUNEs but this always pop up "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed". I followed your video and it didn't fix it at all ! PLEASE REPLY AND HELP ME

i'm trying to uninstall a game that doesnt work. but when i do that it comes up error 1721 and it doesnt matter if i change that windows installer or not.. i tryed all but nothing worked -.-

Well it still comes up when i open word, but i disabled it instead and it goes away without bringing work to a halt now. Cheers!
