You understand the world well. America may appear to be one nation in North America, but it is a vast empire encompassing much of the world. Proxy governments are allowed to stand, but they serve the interests of America. If not sanctions follow, and we've just seen what happens if the sanctions don't work. The US has bases encompassing 5 global regional commands (roman legions?) Only the extremely rich benefit from this and the common American is not to blame. Ron Paul would change the WORLD.
