I enjoyed the video immensely. The words at the end (ancient, but very childish) summarise the whole thing brilliantly. Good job!

@AlphaDogOmegaDog - Pay more attention. The video states that this is mentioned in Leviticus, but is not part of the Ten Commandments. Apparently it wasn't important enough to make it to "God's Top Ten".

"Do not have sexual relations with an animal and defile yourself with it." (Leviticus 18:23). So you got another one wrong.

Beautifully done!
I just *love* the twisted contortions that Christians choose to subject themselves to in order to pretend that the realities of modern society somehow 'fit' with this set of bronze age proscriptions.
And the boxcars full of picked cherries. . . bravo

@freeflo2007 - Thank you! I also owe a thanks to Archbishop Mercieca, who provided the original unedited text of the Bible and also some of the history. An honest person who doesn't let religious dogma blind him to the truth.

The commandment is against murder, not executions by a government. The same book (Exodus) that gives us the 10 commandments also gives the death penalty in Israel for certain crimes. Clearly it did not consider judicial executions to be murder. Same for war. Israel had an army and was involved in many wars, some battles at god's personal direction according to Exodus, so that isn't murder either. It isn't a hard concept to understand murder and the death penalty given to criminals are different.

@AlphaDogOmegaDog - Murder means someone being killed. It isn't a hard concept to understand that this is just one of hundreds of contradictions in the Bible.

The Bible makes real clear that Israelites were not slaves in the US Civil War sense. It shows them in Egypt owning their own homes & owning their own cattle. But they had a heavy burden placed on them to produce a certain amount of straw as a "tax" In that sense they were slaves to Egypt. Not like what the Southerners did to blacks in America, buying & selling at auction, but as a group it was slavery nevertheless. Probably didn't work directly on the Pyramids, but straw is used in brickmaking.

@AlphaDogOmegaDog - Slaves in the SAME sense as those in the South prior to the Civil War were common place throughout Europe and the Middle East. The Bible specifically states that slaves can be put to death for disobeying their masters. Does that sound like a paid employee to you? Come one, get a clue.
