  • @poseidon24ism It is a french (side) dish based on tomato sauce. The erbs used are bell peppers, majoram, basil and bayleafs or a mix like provence erbs. Other ingredient are garlic, onions, courgettes (zucchini), aubergine (eggplant). The secret of a good ratatouille is to cook the vegetables separately so each will taste truly of itself. You can serve as vegetarian dish with beside bread or cornfingers made of polenta.

  • Watching this makes me want to cook and I'll already eaten dinner! Food should be so inspiring.
