Sales & Employee Tracker - Custom Access Database Application

This is a Microsoft Access database that was developed based on an Excel workbook with multiple linked sheets. The company had been creating a new workbook each pay period resulting in over 20 files per year. These seperate workbooks did not allow management to run historical reports.

This was developed to have the look and feel of a standalone windows application formatted to fit a specific size screen. A full screen option is actually quite simple. Within Access 2007 you can use Form design tools > Arrange > Anchoring to create dynamic forms that will adjust to any size screen resolution. Another tip to keep your forms full screen is to set the form properties for Modal and Pop Up to No.
