@MrSiko11208 Instance parameters characterize the properties of a single element, and type parameters charaterize the properties of all the elements of the same family type but may differ individually. Each Revit Family has a category name, a family name and a type name. Component families (such as doors and furniture) are edited in the family editor, and system families (such as walls) are edited in the project.
