Argos Value Kettle Element Removal

How to remove the kettle element and disable the auto cutoff from an Argos Value White Cordless Kettle without removing the rundry safety function. These kettle elements are ideal for home brewers in the UK to make their own boilers or HLTs.

So if you make a boiler using these elements, how do you controll the boil temp? I guess you have to stay with it?
