It's a great book. Workout and "diet" program. It's not diet, it's a way of life. Very informative. I've done the program, no b.s., it's not easy, it's hardcore but now I'm in the best shape of my life and still going. I recommend it to anyone trying to lose that extra weight and make those cuts. Kudos to Jillian. She changes lives. Like she says "You're worth it, so what are you waiting for!"

It is an awesome program. I have done it and saw results. The workouts are very challenging but yield results.
