to take off the cap, hold the memory part tight, and move the cap a bit towards left n right while pulling it outward, slowly.. it gets loosened n becomes easy to remove every time.

@slvjpn1989 if u take the top off for about 10 or 20 times it should become loose and then it will come off with ease.

@cammy85 this thing is really tight. Try to use a screwdriver or something..or a blade; take care not to hurt yourself. Mine has ~10 month now and I only take the memory with me; the top is around the desk.
